This is an optional program administered by Hilton Grand Vacations to be implemented at the discretion of each HGV location with the approval of appropriate site leadership. Active full time, part time, and temporary team members of Hilton Grand Vacations Team Members are eligible to participate.

Due to conflicts of interest, any Team Member who has an influential role (TA professionals, HR professionals, senior leadership, etc.) in the hiring process is not eligible if the applicant hired. In addition, hiring managers are not eligible for applicants hired for his/her department. The referring and referred Team Members must be currently employed at the time of referral, hire and each scheduled payout.

There is no limit to the number of referrals a Team Member can submit. Simply referring an individual does not guarantee they will be hired. Referred candidates must list the referring Team Member’s name in the designated area on the online Application for Employment. Rehires are only eligible to be considered as a referral if rejoining the company after a 2 year period.

Please contact your manager or HR Representative for more details regarding the processing of referral payouts. Union team members should refer to collective bargaining agreement for eligibility.

Management reserves the right to change this program as business needs evolve.
